Registration Information
The convention registration fee is $100.00 per person. We will stay at the Crowne Plaza Pensacola Grand Hotel in downtown Pensacola. Our Convention meetings and meals will take place right across the street at the Pensacola Civic Center. Registration fee includes 3 meals: Friday night dinner, Saturday lunch, and Saturday dinner. Breakfast is available in the Hotel’s “1912” Restaurant.

The Convention will commence on Friday, September 24th at 7:00 pm with dinner and opening ceremonies and concludes with the Installation Banquet on Saturday evening. Our block code is PCG (Pensacola Civitan Group) and our Civitan rate is $109 per night, plus tax. Handicapped accessible rooms are available. At the present time, we have 44 queen rooms and 14 king rooms reserved. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is at Noon. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, you must do so 72 hours prior to your arrival date or forfeit the first night’s room and tax. Reserve your room NOW! Rooms will be held one month prior to the arrival date. |
