Arlington Civitan Club is assisted by the Tysons Civitan Club - who meets at noon on the second and fourth Tuesday at Clyde's Restaurant located in Tyson's Corner Virginia - and by the Arlington Jaycees.
Tyson's Civitan Club members are our top sales persons at the "snack bar" for the last four years! They have also performed tasks including "vendor collection", cashiering, popcorn-making and are performing more and more tasks.
Arlington Jaycees began assisting Civitan - during the November 2005 to assist with vendor services, public safety and other important tasks. Our Arlington County Liaisons: For many years Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources was Civitan's liaison - then when Debbie Powers moved to the Emergency Management Department she continued in that role. Beginning with the 2008 season we welcome Randy Randolph and Robin Leonard and the PCRC team who has taken over the liaison role. |
