The Arlington Civitan Club hosts Arlington's Largest Garage Sale on the first Saturday of each month from April through November. The Civitans have been sponsoring these special garage sale events since 1987. The sale now attracts between 110-150 vendors and up to 2,000 shoppers each month. The sale is held at the parking garage next to the intersection of North15th Street and North Quincy Street.

The events will run from 7:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Buyers and browsers alike are welcome at 7:00 AM on Saturday. Our snack bar begins serving hot coffee at 6:30 a.m., and starts selling other foods and beverages as staff arrives. Items on the menu include:
hot coffee
hot tea
hot cocoa (in season)
cold soft drinks
bottled water
donuts
hot dogs
chips
popcorn
pizza

VENDOR INFORMATION There are two entries to the garage are on N. 15th Street. One is near the intersection with N. Quincy Street, and the other is across 15th Street from the beginning of Stafford Street.
Approximately 270 spaces are available each month. Approximately 60 are on the surface lots; the rest are covered spaces inside the garage. All spaces are available on a first-come-first-served basis; just set up on either Friday evening or early Saturday morning. Representatives from the Arlington Civitans will begin collecting space rental fees at 8:30 AM on Saturday.
Vendors are welcome inside the parking garage after 5:00 PM Friday evening prior to the Saturday sale to begin setting up. In practice, the garage takes time to empty on Friday. Some spaces will not be available until later than 5:00 pm, when those who park in the garage during the day leave their offices for the weekend. Expect some Arlington County cars to be left in spaces overnight. Please help us maintain good community relations by occupying no more than one parking space prior to 5:00 pm on the Friday before the event if you come early to find your spaces.
The sale opens for business at 7:00 a.m. If you aren't finished setting up by then, you might miss opportunities for sales. Vendors are required to remove all items from vendor operations from the garage floor at the end of each sale and place any accumulated trash at the Quincy Street & 15th Street entrance.
Please note that marking your space "RESERVED" and leaving it overnight will NOT guarantee you having that space. The Civitan Community Garage sale activity and jurisdiction for “vendor set-up” does not begin prior to 5:00 AM on Saturday (the day of the event), so please, if you have a legitimate dispute on any of these provisions, contact the Arlington Police Department to handle emergencies prior to that time at (703) 558-2222 or parking enforcement at (703) 228-4308.
Vendors are prohibited from selling plants, food or beverages. Please keep pornography or non-family oriented items in your displays out of the view of children.
