PRAYING HANDS RANCHES

The Aurora Civitan helps with many functions at the ranch to include a Donation to their scholarship fund, the "Annual Duck Walk,' maintenance of the fencing and grounds and by attending and bidding on items at the "Annual  Sweatheart Spaghetti Dinner and Dance."

Praying Hands Ranches (PHR) was founded in 1987 at the present location on the corner of Hilltop Rd. and Daley Circle.  We are a 501 © (3) a non-sectarian Christian organization committed to meeting the needs of handicapped children and adults as well as troubled youth, in a therapeutic ranch environment.  PHR offers Hippo Therapy, Equine Programs, Horticultural Experiences, Harness Driving and a petting farm to clients from ages 24 months to 70 years old.  We serve 100+ special needs children and adults each week.  Enjoy the virtual tour of our facility and contact us with any questions or comments.  Shirley A. They are located in Parker, Colorado, approximately 35 miles southeast of Denver.  Take I-25 South from Denver, or north from Colorado Springs, and exit Lincoln Ave.  Go east on Lincoln Ave. approximately 6 miles to Parker Rd.  Go south (right) on Parker Rd. to Hilltop Rd.   Go east (left) on Hilltop Rd. approximately 1.3 miles to first stoplight. Turn left to stay on Hilltop. Go approximately 5 miles east.  A road name Flintwood will merge from the left (strange yellow arrows) and both roads will curve to the right.  First left will be Hilltop going east.  Continue east for about 1 1/2 miles and see the large PHR indoor riding arena on the right with a green gate.  Physical address is 11892 East Hilltop.  If you get to Delbert Road you've gone too far!

From the town of Franktown, take Hwy 86 east (on the way to Elizabeth).  At the top of the hill on the left is a fire station and that is Flintwood.  Take left, head north, 3 miles to Daley Circle (Delbert).  Take a right on Daley Circle which dead ends into Hilltop.  Facility on the left.

Our Civiatans Volunteer, Donate, Support and assist with the Annual Sweet Heart Dinner and Auction.

We also donate annually to their Scholarship Funds.
