We're not just a bunch of pretty faces donating our time and talent to community service projects. We also conduct several fund raising events through out the year: These fund raising events are really labors of love by Dyersburg Civitans, requiring sometimes a large amount of time and effort on the part of the volunteers. It's all worth it though because the fund raisers we conduct are what allows The Dyersburg Civitan Club to help youth service projects, Boy and Girl Scout Merit Badge efforts, Special Olympics, Matthew 25:40, St. Judes and many other community service organizations. In addition our fundraising projects fund all of our community service projects. We're proud to say that over 85 % of all funds raised are given back to the community. |
