About Fairfield Civitan Club

The Fairfield Civitan Club is the oldest service club in the city of Fairfield.  Chartered on December 11, 1954 the club has been active in the community since its beginning.

The club owns nine acres of property off Hunter Rd. adjoining Harbin park.  Facilities include a clubhouse with kitchen, two softball fields, picnic tables, shelter and grill, playground equipment and a parking area.

Fairfield Civitans focus on helping youth and people of all ages with disabilities.  The club sponsors activities that include Boy Scout Troop 902, Cub Pack 902, the Civitan Girls Softball League and an adult softball team in the Therapeutic Recreation League for the Disabled.  All these groups use club facilities at no charge.  Civitan also provides selected financial and physical support to meet the needs of our community.
