* Have you held a Membership Recruitment activity and what were the results? If you haven't, please schedule one as soon as possible, tell me when it will be and let me know what the results are? Remember that you will earn the Honor Club Award by just getting a +1 in membership from the number of members you started the year with. Please call or email me if you need any assistance or questions.

* What Service projects has your club performed recently? Tell me briefly what they were and how did they go? Were clubs members activily involved? Please share any details that you would like,

* Have you held Officer Elections? Who was elected and to what office? If not, please hold elections in june and don't forget to send your report to me, Govenor-Elect Lori Clapp, and the International Office in Birmingham.

* Have you had any exciting programs/projects? Please share them with me?

Please schedule yourselves and your club members to attend our Annual Convention which will be September 12-13 at the Doubletree Hotel on Redington Beach in our back yard! (Pinellas County , Florida)! It will be an event that you will not want to miss. Registration will be coming out soon. My personal goal is to have all six of my Area Club Presidents and at least 2 members from each club in attendance at the Convention. I can not tell you how important this activity is and what it means to your clubs. Especially if you encourage your new members to go, they will come back like the Energizer Bunny! I might suggest that the club might agree to pay the Registration fees to encourage members to go.

You should have all recieved the 2008-2009 Club Officer Training Information and need to schedule your new Presidents and President-Elects to attend this very important training. Let me know if you did not recieve the information or have questions.

I am am approaching the end of my term as your Area 4 Director and ask that you mention this opportunity to your members at your upcoming meetings. Feel free to give my email address or phone number to anyone that is interested. I would be happy to explain what the position entails and answer any questions they may have.
