• Changed due date (received by date) for End of Year Awards mentioned above from January 15 to December 1.  This makes the submission of these awards consistent with the due date for International Competitive Awards and the Honor Club application.
• Changed due date for awards presented at Convention from July 15 to August 15, with the return to September District Conventions.
• Added Summary Charts to help clarify which awards are due when, and how they are determined
• Added separate lines for  “Monies Spent or Raised” to projects applications.  This information has always been part of the criteria, but with no separate line, tended to get lost or missed in the write-ups.
• Added Project Summary pages and related changes to Total Service applications.  Summary charts have been most helpful to the judges. 
• Updated criteria for patches coming from International for Fruitcake and Candy Box, according to Int’l Staff, and added Civitans at the Helm

    The changes are primarily designed to reduce confusion and make the awards submissions a little more consistent between clubs.  They will also significantly aid the judging of the awards, which is done by representatives of outside service organizations.
