The Tampa Metro Civitan Club is proud to announce that we are 84 years old and still going strong. Chartered on April 21, 1927, our service club is dedicated to helping individual and community needs in the greater Tampa Bay area, with a special emphasis on helping people with developmental disabilities. Just a few of our projects include working with the Special Olympics, Neighbor-to-Neighbor Christmas program, The Salvation Army, and Angels Unaware group homes for the profoundly disabled.Visitors are always welcome to our meetings. We encourage you to join our club in service throughout the greater Tampa Bay area. Meetings start at 6:30 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month at Antonio's Pasta Grille located at 11401 N 56th St in Temple Terrace. If you would like to join us as our guest, please contact our Club President Tricia MacKenzie. |
