One smile is worth more than words could ever express.

The Tampa Metro Civitan Club works with the Special Olympics of Hillsborough County to support many of the county, area and state Special Olympics events held in our community.  Members of our club serve as the Awards Chairs for Hillsborough County, managing the preparation and presentation of all awards at every competition in the county.  Additionally, two of our club members have been part of the Special Olympics Games Committees for Hillsborough and Pinellas counties, coordinating the athletes and venues, for since 1984. 

The Tampa Metro Civitan Club also works tirelessly with the Hillsborough County Coordinator, Tom Denham, III, to support all of the local fundraising events, volunteering when and where needed.
