The Wake Forest Civtian Club was named Club of the Year 2007 by the Mayor of Wake Forest. The local paper quoted the Mayor as describing the club as “a great addition to the town’s list of civic clubs”.

This could not have been accomplished if it wasn't for the dedicated members of the Wake Forest Civitan Club. The  competition was with some other long log standing, well established civic organizations in Wake Forest.  This Award shows our community that we are a Community Minded Organization, and WE ARE BUILDERS OF GOOD CITIZENSHIP.
