^{Meeting Place, Time and Dates: The club meets at The Westerville Recreation and Parks Department the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 7:15 pm.}

^{Quarterly Dues: Dues will be $21.00 a quarter or $84.00 if paid annually. Dues include a club fee, a district fee and an international fee.}

^{Attendance: Meeting attendance is not mandatory but we would like all members to try to attend 60 percent or more of the meetings.}

^{Visionary Project of the Club: Raise funds to provide services and equipment for the physically challenged and visually impaired community.}
